Recruitment Partners Adelaide is very excited to offer specialist recruitment and search services at a flat fee, making us a cost-effective alternative to traditional recruitment agencies that charge a heavily inflated percentage of the total salary package.

Flat Fees

$4,500 up to $85,000pa (base salary)
$6,500 from $85,001pa to $120,000pa (base salary)
$8,500 from $120,001pa plus (base salary)

**Important to note: pricing excludes paid advertising and GST**

Guarantee

We offer a 3 month guarantee period on all permanent and fixed term placements(over 6 months), based on performance.

In the event the guarantee period is required, a replacement or credit for future recruitment may be offered.

We do not offer a refund.

Payment Terms

Our payment terms are 14 days from invoice.
